Details, details, details. This position is for those who understand the importance of the little things. At Wings, a service assistant:
- Maintains the landscape
- Sweeps scrubs and cleans curbs, building pad and dumpster area
- Racks, washes and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans and utensils within prescribed standards for cleanliness and efficiency
- Clears and cleans tables
- Carries trays of dishes to the dish room and returns clean dishware to service areas and kitchen
- Cleans and organizes the back of the house
- Completes deep cleaning duties
- Stores and rotates stocks
- Assists other service and kitchen personnel
